Your responsibilities would include:
- automating of bank statements (creation of automatic rules to post payments)
- creating of rules and search patterns for the automatic processing of bank statements (for all streams: GL, AR and AP)
- analysing certain bank line items fail to match, identify the root cause and the solution and work towards implementing it with relevant parties (GBO, OpCo, and HGSS)
- continuously improving AutoBank Master Data
- maintaing and continuously improve the Remittance Advice module Master Data to enable automatic posting of complex remittance advices
- preparereporting on volumes, processing time, productivity gain, matching rates versus manual processing and unallocated cash balances
- being the first line of support for end users regarding Autobank and log incidents/requests for fulfilmentwith IT departmentfollowing the Support model setup directly in NextGen (Service Now) tool
- initiating necessary for standardization and auto-matching SAP and Autobank/Remittanceadd-on change requests (RFC), prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and perform UAT
- being the owner of the CPI roadmap Prepare and keep updated Autobank training materials and deliverAutobank trainings to relevant stakeholders.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- minimum 5 years of overall experience in accounting
- excellent analytical skills, passionate about understanding complex scenarios and developing creative solutions.
- excellent process understanding of Bank Statement Processing (GL accounting) and Post-Processing (Accounts Receivable and Payable accounting).
- experience in projects would be an asset
- regex language would be an asset
- VBA advanced would be an asset
- basic SAP FI knowledge would be an asset
- RPA would be an asset
- end user experience in working with SAP is a must.
- SAP Tables knowledge would be an asset
- good understanding of business processes.
